One of the examples of how SUNDAR can be used in American society is to use this approach in local poor communities. This approach can empower people to provide assistance to others who are in need of psychological support and professional healthcare assistance. Relating this to how a social worker can play a role in implementing SUNDAR, it is necessary to give supervision functions to a social worker because ordinary people involved in SUNDAR practices ne ed training and control.
